New connection without outgoing calls

Ooops I am in a real agony with airtel pre–paid connection which I bought 10 days back, I am totally depressed with such kind of a connection and such a response from a leading network of kerala I also own a connection which is 4 years old, so that’s y I preferred to go for a connection from airtel, but all in vain, I bought it on 1st of September and produced the so called identity proof on 2nd in the morning I bought it from a retailer called hallmark whose dealer id is ID5298747. I produced my licence and a photograph as identity.

On 9 th evening I got a message that my out going calls are barred. Then I contacted customer care on 121 and the response was so cruel!!! They asked me to wait until Monday since nothing can happen on Sunday, I agreed and I called up in the noon and the response again... wait... now again I called up they say my request is processed but my outgoing are still barred.

I contacted with customer care executives on the following days after disconnection

Ramesh

I expect some thing to be happened in my favor because its my third day of barred out goings. Being a businessman I was about to travel on roaming that also cancelled due to this and I am held up here in Trivandrum

Please help me

Or tell me should I shift to some other network
