Airtel Landlin
No response from airtel

I am having airtel phone connection approx from last 8 years. Few days ago I have shifted my residence and applied to transfer my phone connection to the new address on 29 January complaint no. 11658071 Executive name Mr. Pramod. But even after 5 days no response is received from the airtel.

Now i want that my number should be disconnected with immediate effect so that I can live a hazzel free life. I tried to contact their customer care no. 4012100 and 4016100 many times but they used to keep me on hold for 20-30 min. and if any executive attends the phone then he refuses to help me in this matter.

I request airtel to pls forgive us and pls disconnect the phone with immediate effect.
