Unneceesary billing

Dear sir . i am not having any dsl connection on my telphone no 4013748 . i was giving regularly to pay for rs 90 per month . i gave in writing that neither i have nor i want any dsl connection . but the customer care at ujjain never give a receipt of the complain nor do take any action . i need a refund for that

more over i do not have any parrelel connection on my pho ne, they are charging on my bill rs 400 per yr . i approched to cut any such facility if there . but they did not responce

shuld i go to consumer forum to solve our greviances
