Iam using airtel landline plus internet. For the june billing date my phone & internet was disc frm their end as of non pymnt. As it was settled frm airtel collection dept., i made the 1000 rs/- as they asked me to do so. In the latest invoice they are charging 200/- for reactivation? plus whole month bill charge as i dnt hv dial tone & no net access. I received a sms frm airtel fixedline tht this month "bill will not be generating" & did nt even got the bill. When i got a call from airtel that bill 790/-rs is due. I got shocked as per sms no bill generation & no bill delivered to me. Iam calling customer service from 28 june getting number of ref nos.{21536698, 21371812} & run arounds. Today a supervisor {deepak} who was very rude At last gave me waiver of 100 RS/- only.? Why should i pay for the whole month when i dnt have a dial tone no acces to internet & on top of that reactivation fee of 200rs/-? I never requested to disconnect my service. They did that. If they are treating consumers like this then i have to look for any other provider. I will discontinue all airtel services. PLEASE HELP! I AM NOT DENYING TO PAY, BUT I SHOULD BE CHARGED CORRECT AMOUNT.
