Unable to register a service request

Airtel Land Line Number : 044-42114116

My Landline at home is dead (No dialtone) - both the main connection as well as the extension connection. But the broadband internet is working.

I have been trying to get through thr customer service representitive, so far unable to do the same. Everytime, I call it says, the line is busy, after collecting all the details including the number which is faulty. I was trying the airtel numbers 044-42112345 and 044-42110198. No other airtel person is ready to help - all of them direct me to use the numbers mentioned above.

Appreciate some explanation on the above situation!
