Airtel's network connectivity has been good but experience with customer support has been horrific!! Some of the issues I have faced with Airtel:
1) Constant call drops. It seems that the executives/supervisors "deliberately" drop calls. It has happened over 5 times especially if there are any issue to report. Also supervisors do not call back in case of call drops. This too is frequent
2) A top up connection was offered to select two connections to which calls were at nil rates. The call centre executive informed us that the offer is for free. However it had a cost of Rs 75 a month. Though we continued with the offer, it was clearly obtained by the executive "fradulently" and "unfairly". Also customised detials show that calls to these lines were charged.
3) Request made for itemised bill details were not adressed.
All in all airtel has shown complete negligence towards customer redressal. I am sure Chairman Sunil Bharti Mittal did not intent the organisation to have deplorable service standards.
