Dear Sir,

Three months back I had requested you telephonically to disconnect my airtel landline no 41411207, A/C no 10847297 from A-55 Naraina Industrial area phase 1 N.Delhi and you had confirmed that it had been done. But I have received your bill no 476794282 dated 18/10/08 for Rs 1012-00 .My factory where the phone was installed has been closed since 30/06/08 . So kindly cancel the bill and refund deposit of Rs 750-00 immediately and oblige. I am unable to contact you on the no 44444121 so kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
