Denial of My Access on Net

Dear Airtel,

REGISTRATION FOR NET ACCESS FOR LANDLINE DSL NO. 01724669670 A/C NO. 13687313.

I visited your office at 159, Ind. Area Ph.1 Chandigarh and handed over all

the

documents required to provide me access for my a/m connection.

The lady out there promised me that it will be done on the same day itself.

But

to my horror and dismay. you have not bothered at all to provide the

service to

your customer at all. My dear this bad service to your customers will not

lead

you anywhere and I have half the mind to switch over to a better service

provider. the e-mail ID was also intimated in writing i.e.

internet1952@gmail.com. kindly wake up and do the needful at the earliest.
