Not a good servise provide

Dear sir,

I (Vishav Kapoor from Oirpil Biotech ltd.)got the following nos. installed at my office on 06/10 with the supervision of excutive Mr. Pawan (9815109500) of airtel based at chandigarh HQ working under the leadership of Mr. Satwinder Singh M.No. 9876154791and during the time of filling up the form it had been promised to us that centrex facility will be provided to us within 5-6 days but till today nothing has been done in this regard and to my utmost surprise today when i tried to made a call from the no. 4000253 and it was disconnected. And this complaint has been made against Mr. Pawan, Miss Neha (01204224289) and this is because there we made so many repeated calls but of no vain. So there is a request to made a quick action as early as u can otherwise we will be compelled to disconnect these connections. The complaints no. we made are 12887816 and13195756 and you can enquire that what is the progress in regard to these complaints.
