Airtel/land line phone

Sir,

We are facing one very serious problem on my airtel land line phone, We can talk to my relative in khetri from my land line phone (gurgaon) to his bsnl land phone (khetri) on 07-may-08 between 11.00 am to 12.00 pm, but till time we are unable to contact. In any land line phone no. of khetri they can speak after dailing the no. (your airtel no. does not have a group dailing facility) but on any other no. in haryana & up we are able to calling.

Pls suggest me what is the actual error & what is the solution.
