Non activation of connection

Espected sir,

I have been a regular user of airtell services since five years. My post paid mobile number was 9872996566 which was in the name of my husband darshan singh As i was not satisfied with the plan i got it converted into pre paid on Dec 26. I paid all the dues and recharge amount against this number on the same date in sector 35 chandigarh airtell office. They promised me to revive the sevices with in 72 hours on the same number. as i have been staying in Patila I contaced all the post paid and pre paid numbers of airtell but th e reply was not proper. my husband went to chandigarh two times but the same guy mr vivek did not talk properly. Inspite of our repeated requests the activation to this number has not been done. i coulld not get or send the new year wishes to my friends and realatives. now there is no fun to stick with these services more and i plan to file a suit in the consumer court . i have all the reciepts and numbers which are enough to show ur failure. others numbers in the name of my husband are 9872480466 and 9915329723
