I got airtell connection since 2002 in my name. I am not able to send any message to local or national number since 3 days. I spoke to 12 advisor on help number, However they are unable to provide me resolution. Every time advisor tried to give me the new story.

It seems aitell helpline is useless and do not know how to handle calls. While conversation with them they disconnected my call twice May be

its normal for them.

The last update I received from them, my issue resolved, I asked them how and when?

As per your floor supervisor? The Great person “ MR ZAKIR” called me today at 10.00 and resolved my issue, however not received any call or miscall form them and my problem is still same. This is the way airtell e resolve the issue without calling them .???

why I got different complain number each time, as my problem is same and still not rectify.??? Now I am not able to call helpline number to check the status, as they barred my number to call toll free number??? This show the example of good customer service.
