Push balance service

RESPECTED SIR, i m prashant shinde using AIRTEL (LIFETIME) card, 9970082842 but i havent get push balance service for last 2months after call end. i was often apporched to customer care exective of this problem, but they didnt solve it, so i hope that u will solve it.otherwise there is only one option to switch over to other operator.
