REFUND OF VOICE CHAT SERVICES CHARGED BY AUTOMATED SYSTEM MOB: 09955848042

Dear sir,

I have an airtel life time prepaid connection on my name Pankaj Kumar (Mob 09955848042). Since last six month I get to know that Rs 25 is getting deducted from my account (talk value). I continously tried to contact 121 airtel customer care the call never gets connected with a customer care officer. Now on 22 Apr I got an E-mail address for complaint and lodged a compaint to stop any value aided service. They de-activated the voice chat service rent 25/- with effect from 24 Apr as per their confermation E-mail on 24 Apr sent to me.

The voice chat value aided service was activated by the company by some computerized automated system which I do not know how thy got my consent. As it was without my consent and since begening of connection I never-ever used this service, so I request to refund the amount charged since begening of activation of said voice chat rental.
