Enquiry about my deduction in balance

My mobile no. is 9987849969 I had activated the GPRS on 7th june and on the next date i had deactivated that GPRS service during that period my balance had been deducted by Rs.15/- i know that is the GPRS charges, but even after deactivation my balance had been deducted by Rs.15/. I had made an enquiry about my problem in customer care ie. in 121 but they didn't reply me at all they just avoiding my problem.

I just want to know why my balance had been deducted and for what reason.
