Deduction of balance

Every month i got mesz from airtel that thank u for using airtel and my balance is deducted by 10RS.I m getting this problem 5th time. First time my balance was refunded but after that whenever i call the c-care they told me that u have this service that's why ur balance was deducted but now i have to take acction against this becz due to this, I have to switch of my MOBILE.My contact no 9748905293
