Dear Sir,

My Mobile No is 9956564160.

Yeasterday I have received call from 9935146564 by Airtel Customer Care informing that I have not recharge of Rs.200/- the minimum amount which should be recharge in every six month because of life time connection.

But i have rechaged of Rs.200/- whose details are confiremed by Airtel SMS service while recharge. I have that SMS in my mobile. Details given below:-

Recharge Successful on 09.01.2009 at 2:05 PM

Talktime - Rs.100.00

MRP - Rs.200.00

Transcation ID - 208046195

When I received call from 9935146564 computer says please recharge min of Rs.200/- otherwise your phone's services will be discontinued.

After that I have informed to customercare at 9935199351to Mr. Anil and Mr. Dharmesh about my Last recharge and about the call received. But they said you have rechaged with Rs.100/- only (But Recharge was of Rs.200/- as informed above) and informed a new thing that inspite of recharge of Rs.200/- you have to consume Rs.200/- within 6 months if not then services will be discontinued which is not informed by company while I take the connection.

Now sir, Please tell me what I can do to continue services.

Please help me.
