Irrelevant charging on airtel live inspite of having subscription to yahoo zone

I have a weekly subscription for yahoo zone in airtel live. It charges me Rs. 10/- only (rupees ten only) per week. Other than this, I was never charged by airtel for using yahoo zone, but since 07/10 I have been charged on using the same service. Despite calling customer care, there was no hearing to my problem. Besides this, the customer care executive literally knows nothing about airtel and its services.
