Airtel live mobile
Videotone activation is not possible

Dear sir,

we have a set of nokia 6600 5year ago and by suggestion of airtel we activated GPRS. in few days a call make by airtel and offer us videotone and we accepted and it was don. but we sell my 6600. and request to customer care to deactivate my subscription. but now a days latest system devlope and videotone is nominal in every mobile set in built.but airtel charged 15/-every month.today 05.09.08 it was charged by name of videotone. it subscription is free. many time we call 121 but they are not suggest us how can deactive my subcription.so we are say the system of airtel live is not clear and any subcription is on screen and active or deactive will be as the mood of cosumer and also the fact the if request is to 121 than follow the airtel mobile.
