Amount deducted-Download interuppted

Dear Sir,

On 28.09.08 at 1 AM, i downloaded a application called COLOR SMS through Airtel live.

While the downloading was at 35 %, an SMS came from Airtel mentioning Rs 50 has been deducted for the download.

Atonce the SMS was received, then the downloading got interuppted.

My phone memory was at 3 MB.And the application size is 150 KB.

While telling this to 198 service, the officer told phone memory should have been low for the download. But the memory is enough to hold 3MB of data.(I copied my memory card application to the phone and checked the 3MB of capacity).

My mobile (Nokia 3500 C) is fully compatible with the apliocation (Which has been confirmed from the application provider itself).

After that i could not contact the 198 officer or i could not open the mobile application page.

Kindly do the needfull
