Wrong charges/ promotional messages

I have taken a new SIM in chennai. WIthin few days of usage they disconnected my service, without any information. WHen I enquired, by person, (you can't reach them by phone) they told me my SIM got blocked, and not gave proper reason. I have taken new SIM.

They keep sending stupid promotional messages. When I choose to cancel the messages, (which was supposed to be free) they charged me for that. And most ironically they replied that it takes 45 days to cancel the messages.

What a way of looting and harrassment.

Think about looting every one with 2 rs in the entire country.
