Dear Sir, I am using air tell prepaid from past 2 years, with out any intimation they activated friends& chat service in my mobile for this they charge monthly Rs.30/-, I requested No of times to stop this service, but they are not able to do this still from past 3 months onwards they are diducting amount from my account, I gave written complaint to them No of times, they are respond properly, what should I do Please suggest me
