MY number is not activated after 5 Month

Hi,

I have taken SIM no-9973921120 last Five month Back Air tel Shop, Gandhi Maidan Patna (Bihar),

After Submitting the All docucment as per KYC norm Photo Proof, Identity Proof and Adress Proof, Cell was disconnected saying Documents was not proper.

Again i submitted the all Documents. But My Number is active still, I have done Life time also after taking the SIM,

So Many time i followup with your Shop, but still no Number was not activated.

Request you to Resolve my issue as fast as.

otherwise Do not force my to go Consumer Court.
