Harrasment for bill payment

I have a corporate airtel postpaid conncetion. They have not generated bill for the month of august and they are saying to make payment for the same.from past 12-15 days everday i have write email to their cust care. nodal officer about the same issue still no permanent solution for the same is provided.
I am fed up because being a corporate connection i cannot discontinue my number as our company has tie up with airtel. Every day their are 2-3 messages from airtel which is really disturbing.
Request you to please assist for the same.
