AIRTEL MEGA
UNDUE DEDUCTION AND UNWANTED SERVICES

I want to lodged a complaint against AIRTEL MEGA as my balance is deducted randomely all of undue reasons. I have already sent message to stop undue services like messages, alerts but to my dismay these services are already on.

customer care services is not working properly as when key 9 used to talk to customer care representatives is ticked, thank you word is sounded and the service is deactivated all the time. so we are unable to talk to the proper authority.
