Respected Sir/Madam,

I am the user of Airtel prepaid connection of mobile. I have the problem that i havent ever activated the service called Miss Call Alerts but it is automatically activated on my mobile and after every 15 days it charges Rs.15.I think so this is the big problem. Please do something for this problem because this problem is occuring for the last 5 months.
