Payment made, not updated

1. Payment of Rs.6500 made by cash on 3/Jan/08 at Airtel collection counter (7th block, near JSS circle) and NO RECEIPT as per airtel's new collection policy.

2. Payment not updated till date and constantly getting sms demanding the payment which is already done and indicating potential disconnection.

3. Airtel server is down since start of 2008 and therefore no possiblity of updating the payments.

4. Worried about no action from airtel after my complaint to them on 6/Jan/08(#15136598) and their intention on my payment to them and their threat to disconnect my connection which is the main communication source of my business.
