Low signals. can not communicate

I have purchased one new airtel mobile connection and have paid 1500 extra amount for selective number. But from the day one i am complaining of low signals at various locations. No proper response has been given to me even the persons who have sold me the connection are irresponsible. They have no proper reply. Now i wish to surrender this connection. Airtel is requested kindly to refund me my money and advance rental which I have paid. My other number is 9359983850.
