Airtel Connections bill payment problems

On 28th Sep 09 I visited your Dwarka Delhi's Sec 4 office to pay the bills of my wife's mobile and my home's land line (broad band) connection payments at 7:00P.M. Your office was closed due to Dusehra festival (however Vodafone office was open on the other side of the road - where I paid my own Vodaphone bill). Today at 11:00 A.M. I took a break from my office and visited your Kirti Nagar office (Shyam Telecom). While they accepted the cash payment of the mobile bill but didn't accept the land line bill stating that the server is down. I called their supervisor but she also expressed her total inability to help me. This means that for the third time I will have to visit your office to make the payment. Most of the time it has happened in the past that your both of the above refered collection centres are either able to collect mobile or land line connection since they have problem with their computer system (software) or their server is down.
Such poor payment collection service is not expected from a professional company like yours and if you do not pay attention to such basic issues, many of your loyal customers will be forced to shift to other servisce providers.
