Duplicate SIM not activated

Got the duplicate SIM, as the mobile is lost.

Have submitted the requested docs in the Airtel outlet, Bangalore. They gave the SIM and said it will be activated in 4 hrs, now its like 24hrs, and SIM is still not activated.

Its needed urgently, so called customer care, twice in morning, and once now, all 3 customer care representatives, said 3 different things, last person said, it will be activated only by tomorrow (around 72hrs of time)

Ridiculous. They give fals assurances, its just money that matters to them, not the urgency of customers...
