Airtel Mobile - Billing Plan
Selling fake Billing Plan trough call centre

It is fraud case where some peoples are calling to customer and selling fake billing plan to customer on behalf of Airtel. They had billing customer databse as well as Airtel forms (acknowlegment) with them.

Details Incident is as below:

08.09.2009 : A girl called Neha called me and explain the details regarding the plan saying that its a plan from Airtel corporate office. I heard the same and tell her to cll me on saturday.

12.09.200: On saturday she called me accourdingly and send her person to my home for collecting money as well as documents for the same. I ask to send details of this plan as thatguy is not carrying any details related to that plan. She send me one sms for the same. I had paid cash Rs. 599/- as well as resedentail proof for the same (PAN card xerox and ration card). Accourding to her plan will get activated within 24 hrs if I pay her in cash.

14.09.2008: I am tring to reach that girl on Monday for status of my plan but her cell is getting switch off.

Accourding to me this is a fraud incidence happen with me.
