Very very very poor and unprofessional

I took airtel for internet. It was not working and I reported more than 20 times, spoke to various people at various level. They says sorry. No one to help and we discontinued numbers. Paid all dues etc.

After 2 months I got call for payment and I asked please provide me details of bill I have not received.

They started using bad words and stuff. Call was from 9987585164

Her name was priya...

I called various people, but there was no result. Now... Can some one help me here ..
