Money deducted from my account

My mobile service provider is airtel india and from Vapi (Gujarat) location. On saturday 31.01.09, executive from airtel called me for hello tune and told it is free for one month and from there Rs 45 would be charged to avail th service. I did not accepted the offer but the service is automatically subscribed to my mobile number. However i never made a request regarding activating hello tune and a random song is also selected for hello tune. In the same day evening I deactivated the service from the toll free number.

When i contacted airtel people, they are not paying attention on this issue simply saying that it is your mistake: "you do what u can do". Rs 30/- is deducted from my account balance.

This is really bad.
