I have been your customer since 4 years. 3 months back i have change my bill plan from 450 prvilege to 199 CUG. as per your policy for bill plan change we need to clear all the outstanding against old plan.then my new plan will be activated. as per your policy i have cleared all the dues against my old plan.
Still in my bill 917 Rs. is charged as a one time charges.
I have submit the complent in call centre many time, means since 15 to 20 days back.
And from two days back you have stoped my Outgoing calls.
So, please do the needful as soon as possible.and start my cell.
