I requested my airtel mobile office pack to be canclled on 23 january at customer care, my no is 9741111281, then i went out for a few days, and agin i checked for it on 10 feb, the customer care guy told me that it is still active and it will be decativated by 13 feb before 1 pm. When i again called up airtel customer care on 13 feb 10 pm, i was told it was still active, and they will deactivate before 16 feb. This is a pathetic service by airtel, this experience has made me to think o swithching to some other network, i have 10 connections in total. I would say airtel is the worst in customer care
