Illegle deduction from my balance

Sir,

I am Airtel prepaid customer with mob no 9935326487. I use airtel wap service. Some services offer like lif pack, Saibaba_pack for free trial. I take chance for free trial. After this this site deduct Rs 2 from my balance frm my balance without any query. No any method given by them to deactvate these services. I complained to Airtel but no responce from him. To day they deduct Rs. 10 for Zodiac_pack for which I never apply to him. In past they deduct rs 5 two times for these type of services for which I never requested him. So plz help me what I do.
