I have been trying to get a statement of the past 11 month's bills (April to march) for the past 2 months. Every time i call i have been told that i will get it in the next 24 hours but that 24 hrs has never come. I dont know what to do... I am seriously thinking of changing my service provider and i will never recommend airtel any more to any one..
