Mobile Vote Campaign

I keep receiving calls on my mobile phone where I use an Airtel Connection. I have registered for a DND [Do Not Disturb] service, but still I keep receiving calls and SMSes from various parties to vote for them. I have not subscribed to airtel to spam me like this, nor am I paying my bills to get disturbed in a royal way at freak hours of the day!
