Downloads & messages on cell

Have no Home page & access points. Still why? and How? the download msgs comming from http//in.dada.ji for charging Rs.10/- every day. I will not pay for such downlods as m not using this services but billing is made every month to the tune of 3/4 hundred.

Please, stop immediately under advise to me.
