AirTel Mobile Bill not received after complaint twise

Dear sir,
I am Airtel mobile customer since more than 3 years with postpaid connection. I have shifted my home to new address and updated the new address to Airtel call center. I have complained to Airtel more then 3 times and sent email to airtel call center also but havn't got the mobile bill hot copy to my new home address.
Could you please help in this.
