Wrong charges in bill

Dear Sir,

My mobile number is. 9987535819. Airtel mobile charges me Rs.15/- as downloading charges 5 to 6 times a month in my bill. I reqested every time that please deactiviate this type of services & reverse the charges. But yet they had not taken any action.
