Network problem at my residence since one year, nothing done about it even after complaing every month

My number is 9890958861 and I have been using this number for the past 4 years or even more

since more then a year I have been facing network Problems at my place the address of which is given below

Every time I try making calls, it says connection error, or then in 5 or 7 seconds the call drops, if you check my bills it will show you the details

People try calling my number at it says not reachable or engage tone, I ve been regularly calling up the customer care but in vain, every time the answer I get is your problem will be solved in 4 days etc...

I have changed my plan from 499 to 200 because of this pathetic problem and service, the only reason I am not discontinuing my number is that it is there with me since very long and most of my clients have this
