Wrong deduction of Amount

Today I have received a SMS for activation of Hello Tune by Air tel which I have not subscribed on my Mobile No 9892162450.

I immediately tried to STOP the services and send a STOP to 121.

But by that time Rs30.00 was deducted from my account, I spoke to Customer Care Executive her name is Shubhangi, but she is saying it will be not be refunded, I don't even know how they have got this hello tune activated without my knowledge, but they are saying that I have activated this service. Please guide.
