Extra charged for bill and falsely promised

I had already paid Rs 800 as a one time payment in July which has been charged again. I had also been promised a discount of Rs 200 each on both the connections I bought, because I paid Rs 800 each advance for both the connections- 9561059300 and 9561059301. These discounts were promised to me by the airtel agent Sandeep (M-9665394701). He convinced me to buy these postpaid connections stating that the prepaid in airtel is going to stop and every connection would be converted to postpaid, which now i know is a lie. So I would not be paying the bill for any of the connections and would use them until they are barred from your side.
