Network Coverage and Non Deliverance

We have 30 Airtel mobile connections and had also recently opted for the Airtel PRI line with assurance that we would migrate to Airtel for 40 more connections provided network coverage is OK.

Since the past month we have Airtel manager 's (who not only don't carry a business card, but also do not use official e-mail to send proposals) visiting us with a new assurance every week.

We had a choice of Reliance and Vodafone but on assurance went with Airtel. Now they are running rings around us.
