Problem in making calls

Dear sir,

i m facing regular problem in making calls.

i complaint 2 times in customer care number 121 but nothing do against my complaint, i m just fed up with this.

my mobile number is 09793324438.

one more thing in your website a toll free number is given to call only by airtel customers "1800102002" but after calling on this number usual std call rate is deduct by my number-is this is right?

please do the needfull
