Billing and wrong charges

Iam using airtel postpaid connection. From Dec to Jan bill they have given sent a Fraud bill.

This network is having GPRS service, For activation of this service we have to give one message, it will be activated with in 3hrs. But it didn't get activated upto 8 or 9 hrs, so i sent cacellation request, but it not updated in thier server and they charged for 20 or more days.

Even thier billing system is Fraud and illegal to India Tax concern.
