Misbehaving & misusing of mobile

Respected Sir/Madam,

Kindly i want to inform u that my sister is working in Orrisa, she has told someone is messaging & giving missed to her, She dnt now that stupid guy. He has sent proposal of love & dirty messages by 09938694902. She is bcom patient of depression by that person. I m so far from her working in Uttar Pradesh Irrigation Department but I have called 4-8 times but he cnt given any identity & say what u want u do as much u have power but i do as i want, dnt think me simple. If u bcom middle than i through u out of life. Now he dnt recieveing my call when i call he disturb my sister. Since Jan 15 he gave every day 20-30 Miss call & 4-5 sms & my sister is bcom toomuch worry/tension by that person. So pls solve my problem as soon as possible. Can anyone gave me 9938694902 Name & address. Pls dnt take light and solve my problem as soon as possible. And take action immediately on that person & airtel number pls.
