ECS debit is not happening on time

Hi.

I'm unfortunately a loyal customer for airtel giving business with them for over 4 years. I also posses 5 connections of airtel Post paid. OF the 5 connections 2 are from ECS (9845132828, 9845966774). Until date, I have never missed out a single payment due. This time in spite of adequate amount available in my account, the Airtel bugs me to do the payment to avoid the Penalty. This is ridicules; they have failed to debit the amount on time and trying to penalize me unnecessarily. They say that they got their amount bounced with inadequate amount pending. This sounds absurd to me.

Earlier they used to debit the bill amount before the 10th of every month. Off late they stared deducting post 10th. They claim that they normally deduct during the sue date that is 12th of every month.

In order to avoid the penalty, I make sure the amount is right available before 5th of every month.

I am worried if they penalize me for not a mistake of mine and for their blunder.

Please help me for further action to avoid penalty, as I do not want to change my connections unnecessarily, this account is used for my business purpose.
