Rs. 70-80 deducted from prepaid account balance

Hi,

My mobile no. is 9818505625. I have copied a caller tune from my friend mobile but caller tune was not copied and their charges deducted from my account balance. It is twice that the money was deducted from my account. I want to deactivate my friendship pack from my mobile, customer care is not responded for that. My customer care service is also blokced, reference no. 0605174901 I request you to please do the needful and oblige.
